(Deutsch) Avantgarde und Trendbüro: “Communote hat unsere Kommunikation verändert”

Communication is constantly changing. In our private lives we use many ways to communicate – increasingly mobile. The use depends on the message, the accessibility and the social proximity to the receiver.
But how do we communicate at work? Telephone, Fax and E-Mail are dominating daily work routine. 10 Years ago, we were fascinated about the possibilities and the rapidness of E-Mail. But today in comparison to our new communication tools it feels like the old letter post, slow and formal.
Blogs, discussion boards, instant messaging, social networks and increasingly microblogging are offering new opportunities to contact other people and exchange opinions. Along this way, the range of our communication extends significantly. We feel much closer to family, friends, colleagues and other people we don’t want to lose sight of.
Wouldn’t it be desirable to use a communication tool that combines these advantages of modern communication in our daily work routine?
Convince yourself and have a look at our presentation:
The potential is in communication and the open exchange between people.

How does Microblogging affect Project Communication?
Microblogging is a rather new and unique form of communication. There are a number of discussions on the effects of this technique. Justin Franks refers to Harvard professor Hansen and argues that the “search barrier” in organisations is pulled down, while Stefan Hauptmann explains the phenomenon with the sociological concept of “unlikely communication”.
In this article we are going to enrich this discussion in sharing our experiences with changes in project communication due to microblogging usage.
